'No thanks' is a complete sentence.

Things I Have Learnt From My Children No. 3,004.

I absolutely love watching the way they say 'No thanks'. It's just a fact, a statement of what their feeling is in this particular moment. No big deal or story around it - it just is what it is.

At some point, we lose this freedom to speak our truth, to claim our YESes and mark out our NOs.

This one is for you if you feel like you are wavering on something that doesn't feel right because you are afraid to disappoint or reject someone. Listen to your heart...

(And, if you are in transition - see yesterday's post - it is vital that you start saying No to the things that are taking up your precious energy as you unfold and grow and expand towards your next steps.)
